The base is Polaks Meadowgrass 2 I think.

Hello Dr. Dave:
I like the silbergrau! The weathering is nicely done, not overly so, but it looks like a plane in service. The scheme is simple but striking with that blue tail assembly and yellow up front. Very nicely done.
