Well, it might have once been on your shelf of doom, Dave but you've certainly turned it round to beautiful effect.
Best wishes

Wonderful job . . . my builds should look half as good!

Doom or not, swearing or not, it all came out great! What a fantastic colour scheme! And the wood imitation is very fine too. Great to see such a lovely Albatros!
-
You're all so kind.
This was a practice run at wood grain, with some good and bad results. Better next time.
A pfalz next.....

Lovely!

Well I'm bliddy well impressed - Doom or no doom, that looks pretty damn good to me. I like your little meadow base too, I must try and make time to make something of the ilk - you never know? I might just need something like it ... one day?
Very well done.
-
Dave I would be over the moon if my models were half that good. Beautiful!
Cheers,
Ernie :)

Gorgeous Albatros! I only hope my latest effort turns out half as well!

Dave it`s a great looking albie! Congrats for finishing her!
-
Great rescue work Dave, an "Albie" to be proud of! The scheme is spectacular, and it's well worthy of moving from the shelf of doom to a place of prominence in any collection.
Cheers,
Lance

Hi Dave,
I'm planning to do a bit of swearing in the future if this could help to create such masterpieces. It's a fantastic build. Stunning model and great photo's too. Congratulations.
Kind regards
Patrick

Never mind the shelf of doom or the bad language - that is a model which I would have been proud to have built. Such high standards serve to inspire us all. Many congratulations.
