Hello,
My name is Jon, and yes I'm hooked on model aircraft...
I'm 52 years old and have been modeling since I was 5!
I just found THIS site after Des posted his wonderfull scratchbuilds on LSP...I've been a longtime member of
LSP building mostly 1/32 scale 1939-45 fighters.
I have always loved WW1 aircraft though.
I was hooked after attending replica WW1 fly-ins at Lake Guntersville
Aerodrome shows back in the 90's.
I started a scratch built Fokker D. VIII years ago and
may just drag it out and finish it! I have to redo the wing as I was trying to represent linen only to
Discover in my sparse references it was sheeted with plywood!

Good to be a member now and I look forward to
Perusing the great builds here.

Made alot if friends there so I hope to here.
