For starters, Albatros Productions  Fokker D.VII anthology Vol 1 (http://www.windsockdatafilespecials.co.uk/fokker-dvii-anthology-1-28-p.asp) has 1/48 scale airframe drawings (along with a ton of other useful stuff)...

i got the book "fokker d.vii the lethal weapon" for about $20 online. this book has 3d views in every concievable angle which shows exactly ho this bird goes together.  are you looking for a particular scale? i have tons of drawings and 3 views. not sure if but i am pretty sure i have scale drawings of a d.vii framing i can check. otherwise:

Thanks Albatross, that would be a great book to have. I'm going to build an old Revell D VII in 28th scale.
