I sculpted this RNAS pilot for Hawk Miniatures a few years ago, it is still available from them.
This version is painted by Mark Taylor

Beautiful figure and painting! I will have to get one. ;D He reminds me of squadron commander Gresham (played by Malcolm McDowell) in the film "Aces High." ;)

Very nice elanlane.
Should you ever feel the impulse to do further RNAS personnel, The great Roderic Dallas would be worth a look. It would be nice to see him in his naval gear, but also, if we go post-RNAS, there's a wonderful photo of him on most sets of images wearing an enormous fur (bearskin?) coat which seems big enough for three men!
Best wishes

Beautiful sculpting and the Painter has done an excellent job as well. My personal figure I have always wanted to see is Phillip Prothero in a flying coat and kilt! It would go great with a DH2 or SE5 :-)
