Happy New Year to you too, and to all on this wonderful forum - still 2 1/2 hours to go here in Mass. USA so I'm going to have another beer!
I intend to continue to keep my New Year's resolution from many, many years ago - never to make another New Year's resolution!
Happy Centenery year: may it be better for us than for many of our contemporaries 100 years ago....

Well, I've managed to accomplish the former but am still working hard to accomplish the latter. ;D

Happy New Year to all.
It's been quite an experience. On my departure I saw the ball above Times Square, just barely caught my flight in order to celebrate new year at home with my wife and children with a nice jet-lag, after viewing the new year in New Zealand and Australia with the fireworks in Sydney on the evening news. The world is still getting smaller every year. especially with forums like this one. It feels like getting to know new friends all around the globe with a speed not comparable to ww1 flight ;)
regards,
Ivo
