Title: May not be about as much
Post by: Epeeman on December 07, 2013, 02:13:56 AM
Hello, all -

Thought I would let everybody know that you may not see as much (hurray, some might say!) on these forums - but I will return!!

This is due mainly to combination of (finally!) getting the house move sorted - due to move in new home Monday 16th December.  Will therefore be a bit caught up moving and settling in.

Also, have passed my medical for my flying so need to knuckle down into my flight books now - especially now I'm chasing the good weather (been playing havoc with lessons actually) for flying this time of year in the UK ..............  (Note: if there are any qualified UK pilots on this forum I would really like to get some help and advice please!).

I will keep popping in to check the forum from time to time, but after next week will probably be just a weekly 'check in' until things settle down.

Very best regards

Dave

Good luck with everything Dave.

Not moving too far I hope.

Good luck with your move Dave. We all get sidelined with other things from time to time but always seem to wander back. I think I've been missing in action now for several months or more, but here I am back again. I might even get started on another WWI kit in the very near future.

Cheers,

Chris

Wish you well in your flying studies, Dave.  I hope the move
goes smoothly. It will be good to see you drop in for a visit.

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Good luck with things Dave and do keep  checking in often enough to let us know how you're progressing with the flying.

Best wishes
Nigel

Good luck with your flying lessons Dave, hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed mine. I hope all goes smoothly with your house move, this can be a very trying time, it will; be sad to see you go but please do drop in whenever possible.

Des.

Thanks, gentleman -

Don't worry, this will only be temporary and I will be checking in from time-to-time.

Good luck on your builds and have a great Christmas and New Year!

Regards

Dave

Hope it all goes smoothly Dave.
It's amazing how much stuff you realise you have when you move....and how much you don't need!!

Good luck with the move Dave.
I'm not UK licensed (US) but have over 7,500 hrs including over 2,500 as an instructor so feel free to fire any questions my way if you think I can help!

Best of luck to you in getting your ticket, Dave!  I'm very happy for you.  As for the move, I reckon I lost about a month's modeling time during my house move in May.  Goes by quickly, though, and you'll be back at the bench in no time.
Cheers,
Bud

  Dave,
Best of luck to you on your Pilots License testing my old friend. We'll miss you but certainly understand your reason as to why. In the meantime I'm looking forward to your Licensed return. Congratulations on your new home too. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Highest Regards,
Gregory Jouette
