The model started as a fun quick build in my local model club.
A very bad kit that was impossible to finish in a short time of a weekend! >:(
Painted as a colorful RAF training Camel with Air Vallejo and Tamiya paints.
The little decals are made in my computer and printed by Black Lion Decals.
Thanks for watching.

Helo ntg1305:
Neat little model there. Flashy paint scheme, outstanding rigging work, but; it looks like you got the undercarriage on backwards. Otherwise, a neat little build. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful little thing :D

Nice one!
As Mark said, superb rigging.

The fact that you actually built a model from that kit is highly commendable. I recall seeing the ESCI boxing of the kit about thirty years ago and thinking at the time that it looked dreadful. Your finish reflects high quality craftsmanship.
-
Amazing finish. If it was not for the funny geometry it would be hard to tell it was an Academy kit. Just one advice - do yourself a favour, spend a couple more pennies, buy yourself a Roden kit and build it once again. You will get a true winner then!

Good looking bird ntg1305, great job in braile scale - I like the livery, well done!!

Really beautiful paintwork! The rigging is great!!

That is a beautiful looking Camel with a flashy paint scheme, your rigging is also very well done for such a small model, congratulations on creating a stunning model.

Beautiful painting.

Gorgeous little Camel, Nikos! Your painting and rigging are brilliant. Dual flying wires are hard enough in 1/48 scale, I can only imagine how difficult it must be in 1/72 scale. Nice work.
Cheers,
Bud

Double flying wires in God's Own Scale!!! Truly wonderful work. An interesting colour scheme for a Camel too - and extremely well done. This is one to be truly proud of.
-
Great job on the Camel! The colour scheme is a welcome break from
the usual PC10 of the RFC. Also, the rigging is phenomenal!
Cheers,
Ernie :)

Hello Nikos
The finish is just beautiful. Some time ago I 'threw together' a 1/72 Camel. When I saw yours, I got it out to remind myself of the size and could only marvel at your paintwork.
Best wishes
