The November 2013 issue of Airfix Modelworld magazine is a WWI Special, and it is filled almost exclusively with Great War builds, namely:
WNW Fokker E.III and the Gotha, Eduard Spad XIII, detailing an Airfix MkI Tank, a Tommy's War figure (Sgt, 2nd Battalion, Suffolk Regiment), and how to turn the ancient Airfix RE8 into an RE8.
Published today.

I'm intrigued by the RE8 article! I recall reading a thread by Old Man on another forum where he did quite a lot of work on one well beyond my meager skills; how extensive are the corrections in the article?

Picked up a copy today and have quickly read through it. A deeper read over the weekend.
The RE8 article has details on changing/shortening the wings, removing and re-adding rib detail. Shortening the fuselage, adding cockpit detail, adding detail to the fuselage exterior, detailing the engine, adding a Scarff Ring and general info re painting, rigging etc. In fact quite a large amount of work.
Glad I don't do 1/72nd!!
Hope this helps
