Title: Who can spot what's wrong with Wood & Wire's 5 colour lozenge (lower) decals?
Post by: Jamo on August 11, 2013, 04:12:08 PM
I only just noticed this myself after already posting the comparison.

Clue: it only became apparent when looking at longer lengths

W&W's upper lozenge doesn't have the same issue

Hello all,

Unfortunately, it is. The sale got a bad batch of decals. They were printed in the wrong printing data. Therefore, anyone who bought the wrong decals D32002, free send new ones.

Here is correct Lozenge.

Cheers,

Vladimir

I picked up a set of these in Japan, a couple of months ago.

They were the decals with the printing error as pointed out by Jamo.

I have to admit that if you hadn't pointed it out I probably wouldn't have realised until after putting them on a model so a huge thanks Jamo for pointing this out and saving a bit of heartache trying to put it right afterwards.

An equally huge thanks to Vlad, who promptly sent out a replacement sheet, at no cost, as soon as I contacted him.

Again excellent customer service!

Thanks guys. :)
