Congratulations on completing the rigging on this model, you have done a great job, and the remainder of the aircraft is brilliant, your skills as a top modeler shine through in this model, it is beautiful.

Looks great! The DH2 is one I hope to tackle eventually. Right now I'm still poking along on my Albatros, but the DH2 both fascinates and frightens me. Pertfectly aligning the booms is scary enough, but all that spaghetti holding it together gives me the shivers!

The rigging is the stuff of nightmares. :o
Congratulations on a beautiful model!

Best Regards,

Thanks, Des.  Coming from an artist like you, this is truly high praise.

Aye, but that's the whole point of diving in, isn't it??  In this case, using the monofilament also added stability, so it actually was a pleasure to do.  Just take your time..

Rigging it with monofilament, as I do, will help with the alignment as it provides structural strength and stability.

looks beautiful.  I have this kit but all that rigging gives me cause to keep putting it to the bottom of the "to do" pile!

This one was a BREEZE compared to the Fee...

That settles it then. I'll do my DH2 before trying the Fee. You've done a spectacular job on your DH2.

Cheers,

Chris

As Mark said, Carlos, that's outstanding.  And thanks for the tip about using mono for the rigging- I'll remember that (I hope) when I get brave enough to start mine.  ;D
