The Richard L. Wray Collection gun collection went up for auction recently and this gun sold for $40,250.00 :

"7.92x57mm caliber (8mm), S/N 5638. All matching numbered parts, complete with Oigee/Berlin .3 power telescope with reticule for firing at aircraft. Mounted with correct fittings. Gun is mounted on flexible head complete with 10" diameter ammo belt drum and bracket. Head is designed for mounting on scharf ring that was used on WWI aircraft or Zeppelin. Air cooled. This gun was much lighter than the Maxim. Includes one mint original 250 round belt. Curio & Relic fully transferable. "
