Just curious, I know Wingnut Wings primarily supplies decals for some of the lesser known pilots of the Great War, but what would be some good sources for decal sheets of the more famous pilots, like Richthofen, Bishop, Luke, etc...?
-
Well there's Pheon of course - see the shop section on this site. Eagle Editions did a Dr1 sheet with Lothar on it amongst other pilots. There are others just dont come to mind right now.

Thanks Steve. I've looked at Pheon, and am quite impressed. May have to look up the Eagle Editions, as Lothar would make for an intersting subject. Maybe his and Manfred's Albatroses, (or is it Albitri?), sitting side by side on Jasta 11s field?

I was incorrect Lothar is on the Montex mask sheet but there are Eagle Editions sheets 93 94. RB are Cutting Edge still avail? Hyperscale has a pretty good decal listing/review section if you want to check that out.

You can also find three more new 1/32 Albatros DV sheets from FSM through decal dealers on ebay. There are also occasionally some Spada 1/32 sheets on ebay, for a variety of aircraft. You can find the Spada listing at the Misterkits website, I believe. Of course, Rowan's stuff could keep you busy for years!

Ooooops. That's FCM, not FSM. You can get them from Rebelalpha on ebay. I believe the FCM sets are not duplicative of Pheon's Alby sets. If you want Werner Voss's Alby D.V, those markings are on one of the FCM sheets, I think. \
There are also a bunch of Eagle DR.1 sets available now as well.

It's Voss's D.III that's on the FCM set. (On my build list -- next? can't decide)

Right you are, Bo. ;) It's the D.iii.
