Title: Hello from Ian
Post by: Ian from Doncaster on April 17, 2012, 08:51:16 PM
Hi all.  Happy to join here to share my experiences and learn from others, and to be inspired by the excellent standards.

My interest in modelling was refreshed a couple of years ago and since then my interest has veered headlong towards WWI aviation.  I have a couple of WNW builds complete, RFC Pup and LVC c.VI, and a couple of E.111s.

My ever growing stash includes WNW Late Fee (started), an Albatros DVa, Roland D.VIa and the Phalz D.XII.  I have an Eduard 1:72 Dr1 twin profipack, a Revell 1:48 Dr1, and a Mirage Halberstadt (at least, there may be more...) oh and a Hasegawa large scale Le Rhone/Oberursel engine kit.

Hi Ian,

I get a trifle whistful when I hear talk of someone's stash and all the goodies in them...
Would be good to see some of your builds.

Cheers,

Andrew

Indeed I do Des... I try and integrate a quicker build or two in parallel with my WNW efforts - I will post some pics later.
