While attempting to commit the how to on making turnbuckles to memory, (which never works, considering my memory is like an Etch-A-Sketch ::)), I was wondering f anyone may know what the 0.5mm brass tube might be equivalent to in the US. If my math is correct, it should be somewhere around 1/64th of an inch.
I'm trying to see if I can fiind it locally, like a hobby shop or even craft store.
Any suggestions?

0.5mm = 0.0196" or 1/64"
In 1:32 scale this equates to 16mm or 0.63" which is 5/8"
The Griffon 0.5mm brass tube I use has an internal diameter of 0.33mm
I do not know of a supplier in the US but I'm sure there will be members who will be able to help you in this area.
I purchase all my Griffon micro brass tube from www.luckymodel.com who always have a good supply, are very well priced and send post free, they have very quick post as well.
