Interesting little film here. What aircraft are we looking at?

Great video, Chris! Thanks for posting, buddy. I'm pretty sure these are Hansa-Brandenburg C.I types. Which series, I'm not at all sure.

Thanks Bud. I originally saw a link to it over on Hyperscale. Pretty neat looking strut configuration.

Chris, I highly recommend this book:
http://www.amazon.com/Austro-Hungarian-Army-Aircraft-World-War/dp/0963711008
But not at $375! I got lucky and scored mine for $75. A word of warning, though: Getting hooked on Austro Hungarian A/C can only lead to frustration and heart ache. Especially for the 1/32 scale modeller. They are such interesting aircraft, but there are so few model kits of these subjects available in 1/48 scale and even fewer in 1/32 scale. However, with this book, you could scratch build every A-H ship ever designed. I warned you, buddy.
Cheers,
Bud

definately hansa c.1s they are unique looking with that rudder and the tilted in struts. a-h stuff are my favorite and probably a big reason i havent abandoned 1/48 theres even more kits in 1/72 but just way to small. what really ticks me off is that the book bud mentions is VERY hard to get. i guess it was in extreme limited print. i saw it for $1800.00 bucks for new and$ 750.00 for used so $375 is tempting. in cases like this where there is a book that would provide so much use to me yet i just cant get one makes me wish i could find a safe free download for it. i wouldnt feel guilty in the least.

Nice looking Hansa! I have to say that I like the looks of the slanted struts as it adds interest to the model. Maybe I'll get lucky and WnW will see fit to release it at some point in the future.

Gents, there's a few, much cheaper, copies of that book available if you check AddAll:

Bud and Scott, it's still a bit rich for my blood - especially after my latest splurge. But I have managed to get the other books you recommended.
Cheers.
