Dear friends,
this week I completed my Salmson 2-A2, it took me nearly 18 months.
As colour scheme I chose the No. 5247, Capt. Clearton H. Reynolds. It comes with Pheon Decal set 32050 (now Gothaforce).
I built the model it in a way which allows to display it with and without cowling. This grants a view on the motor and the generator (due to elastic thread and a hook the cowling can be removed). I put some pictures at the end of the post to demonstrate.
All pictures from entire build can be found here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/6HJAoo86QpPWBft5A (https://photos.app.goo.gl/6HJAoo86QpPWBft5A)
Now here my rough selection:

It may have taken 18 months to build but it was time well spent. That is a first class model in every way and a very interesting and original method to display the engine and other interior details. Fantastic model.

Hi Rafael,
Not an easy aircraft to build, especially regards the extensive rigging required.
You've done an excellent job all round and I particularly like the camouflage colour scheme.
Congratulations,
Mike
