I'm new here, and I don't know if this should be posted on "pre WWI aircrafts" or not so please forgive me if I make a mistake. It was not in the Great War after all.
This model was built in 2024 and it was made of paper and super glue.
Mainly referred to Mr. Stuart Kirkland Wier's fantastic article Superbly Small: Alberto Santos-Dumont and his Demoiselle Airplanes

That's a small plane and it's even smaller in this scale! That is very nice scratcbuilding work, and the paper is very effective at representing the fabric.
I will let one of the moderators comment on the right forum for this, but as the pre-WWI section is very quiet I do not think there will be a problem with posting completed models here. I am glad to see this one!

:o Wow
Lovely workmanship displayed.
The Demoiselle surprisingly makes for a good flying model. I remember building a peanut scale version about 13 " wingspan many years ago for rubber powered flying indoors (I think the plan was a Ray Hannan design)

Very nice model of this tiny plane! Impressive detail.
Finished a paper model from Fiddlers Green a couple of days ago. Should have been 1/72 but a wrong scale on the sheet
made it closer to 1/100. Just a quick built with no detail.

This is really great stuff and Santos Dumont is a hero of mine. I have always fancied building one of his airships but never got round to doing it. Thanks for posting this, it's a delight to see.

What the others have written - that is a truly first class model in unusual media. Many congratulations on a super model.
