Hi all,
This is the Roland model Kit No:635 with changes to be a French version.
The model represents a Sopwith 1 1/2 'Strutter' (1.B2), Ser No.326 '7' of French Escadrille SOP226 during 1917.

Very fine model, as usual, Mike. A great addition to your amazing collection.
But please, what Roland Sopwith is?

Fabulous job all round Mike, it's great to see one completed in the aluminium dope scheme. Lovely attention to detail throughout the build and the final presentation really sets the model off well. I am loving the rather overweight French mechanic..... :)

Well done, that looks really excellent and the figures are a brilliant addition.

Superb job as always Mike - well done indeed. Your attention to detail is premier-league.
Cheers,

Wonderful work sir! The figures add so much to it too IMHO, and the base and groundwork is superb as well.
Thanks for providing inspiration for me to hopefully drag out one of my Flashback 1/72nd Strutter kits with this markings scheme.
