Title: The results are in for the "Aces Mounts" 2025 Group Build!
Post by: Brad Cancian on December 24, 2025, 08:03:24 AM
Hi all - apologies for the delay, the results for the "Aces Mounts" 2025 Group Build are in!

We had a total of 18 participants who registered their builds using the "Group Build" title as per the group build rules (up from 11 in the last group build). That being said, a few folks were cheeky and didn't quite label their completed build threads correctly, so after a trawl of each completed build since the start of August, I determined we had 14 completions -  well done everyone, a great result! (A special mention goes to Tim Mixon, who had 3 completions alone - well done Tim!).

Here's the completions that I had tracked through the "under construction" and "completed models" section - (PLEASE let me know if I forgot someone):

Thanks again to everyone who entered! If, like me, you didn't complete your build, then please feel free to continue your build logs in the "under construction" section and post those completions when done.

I am finding that these group builds are getting good up-take so I would like to kick a new one off in January - now taking your thoughts / ideas for the next one!

Merry Christmas and a safe holidays everyone!

Thanks Allan for adding that one in - I must have missed it as I don't think the GB was mentioned in the build or completion threads, but hey, very happy to add this beauty to the tally!  ;D

I am late to see this thread, sorry.
Thank you Brad for making it happen and of course - congratulations to everyone on completing such a great bundle of lovely models.

All super builds and a joy to behold.
If I had to kick the tyres , don the flying helmet and take off, the Noop 28 would be my steed of choice.

Well done all.
