Title: Roden decals .....
Post by: Allan31 on July 22, 2025, 07:22:45 AM
I have the Nieuport 28 1/48 scale by Roden but the decals are printed so out of register that they are unusable.

Would contacting Roden be of any use or a waste of time?
Anyone have an aftermarket set of 28 decals they would be willing to sell?

Allan,
I pick up my (birthday present!) 1/32 Roden Noop 28C.1 next weekend. When I do, I plan on scanning the decals and making masks for the roundels and if possible, serial numbers.
Happy, if successful, to send you roundel masks and serials as well, if my machine can cut them.

Cheers,
Bob

Capital idea.
I was actually thinking of attempting that solution with a circle cutter. If you're going to do them somehow in 1/48 scale and 'puter, would love to try it !!
Thanks for the offer.
