A very nice little Focke. The weathering looks nice and appropriately understated for the scale.

Fab D-9 Rick , very lovely job on the weathering and a super jog on the camo in this scale .

Thanks Alexis! The camo is difficult, but I am getting back in practice using My Iwata airbrush. It had been a while since I attempted anything really challenging with an airbrush!

What a super finish - especially the camouflage and weathering.
However there seems to be a wing or two missing.......
Stephen.

Nicely done! You seem to have quite a collection of WW2 planes in 1:72 scale.

Thanks Andreas. As of today, there are 42 completed in the last couple of years. None are contest winners, but they are a fun escape! I have two under serious construction right now and another 5 or 6 started ::)

I stopped taking part in contests long time ago, modeling has nothing to do for me with competition but with contemplation so I never really liked those contests. When I started to take part in modeling shows I just thought this had to be done (like visiting the dentist every year), but I feel way more relaxed since I do not compete with others (That is just my opinion). The fun is all that counts for me.
And 42, that is really a collection! :)
