It is the Lukgraph model in the new full 3D print incarnation built to represent 1709 from RFC 8. Sqn, as seen in Marieux in February 1916 (a photo in the Windsock Datafile 42).
Modifications included: electric cables for RAF 1 engine, lengthened interplane struts, three-drum ammo container, aerial antenna with its reel, scratched control horns for all surfaces, scratched step, bungee cords for the undercarriage and rigging.

I have been following your build and am always impressed by you skill in handling delicate parts and making new ones from scratch. That is another mini-masterpiece of an iconic type - just marvellous.

A pure jewel. Fantastic work!

Absolutely beautiful in all aspects. Not an easy build, your modelling skills shone through and the overall finishing is superb. I really like your subtle approach to post shading, it's very effective. It gives that visual interest without being over the top. Thanks for sharing you build stages as well.

Wow, wow and wow! You might have answered this many times before, but what to you think of the 3D print as a medium vs the resin kits?

Yup - fantastic build Prze. I have looked at this one for a long time - so much to admire. Well done.
Cheers,

There is a small grass stain on the tail skid that isn't really appropriate for the time of year depicted.
THAT WAS A JOKE! Holy cow...that's lovely. I am continually amazed by your work.

Thanks Richard, Gary and Dan.

Warren Q
Me, I do not like 3D print technology due to the residual print traces which I tend to see even in the best quality kits.
But then, resin may have other flaws - airbubbles especially.
Both are not my favourites for sure. Generally, I tolerate them both only if the kit subject justifies the effort - a very personal attitude I guess.
-
...even the wiring under the engine cowl looks so convincing! This is an inspiring build.

Very nicely done!

Thanks!
The final touch - wooden propeller replacing the kit part.
