Hi all - this Pegasus Pfalz DXII faught me all the way! The plastic was very brittle and the fuselage snapped in at least two places. The undercarriage is extremely flimsy and kept bending and then just as I'd finished the bulk of it and was starting rigging it took a flight of my desk. All of the metal struts bent and I gave up with them and constructed new ones. Aviattik lozenge, decals by Peddinghaus. Glad I didn't throw it in the bin after it's accident! I nearly did. PE guns and cockpit interior.

Nice to see one of these finished Will and great job too despite the struggles of its construction. 8)

Sounds like a nightmare build, but your final result looks great!

I built one of these many years ago and it was a bit of a challenge, so I think you did a great job here, especially given the issues you faced! The Aviattic decals look great and the finished model is very nice.

Beautiful work on a challenging kit!

You're a better and braver man than me for struggling on with this kit. Kudos! I'm glad you didn't give up on it.

Thanks for all the kind comments. I was really pleased with it in the end. Pfalz fighters are some of my favourite planes so I was determined to finish it!

Nice job! I feel your pain. Bet your just happy this one is over.

Nice to see the finished plane.

Truely nice! I remember me building the Toko Kit in these my old 1:72 scale days and rigging was annoying due to the two bay wings. You did a great job managing the rigging!
-
Given what you started with you deserve a medla just for finishing. That is a first class model.
