Greetings from Canada! This is my completed WnW 1/32 scale Fokker Eindecker E.1 Early built to represent aircraft E13/15 flown by Oswald Boelcke and Max Immelmann in August of 1915. My brief buildlog is located here: https://forum.ww1aircraftmodels.com/index.php?topic=14681.0
The two figures in the photos have been painted up for previous projects. Thanks go to some of the other Eindecker builders on this Forum for all of the helpful hints and techniques that have been passed on. Hopefully my next will be better :)
Cheers,
Gary

Magnificent Gary, absolutely "Top Drawer" throughout. You've particularly captured the unique weathering and the ubiquitous "creep" of the used oil as it spreads down the frame of the aircraft. This is a stunning model, well done!

Ditto that, Gary. Absolutely magnificent.
Oil staining is perfect, great squiggles, superb figures.
Lovely model - and so quick!

You have built an amazing model, Gary. I especially love the way you depicted the fuselage linen staining. In fact, I like every piece of it. Thanks for sharing!

Superb work, another lovely Eindecker for your collection. The weathering and linen effects are very effective and very cleverly done. I like the attention to detail all round, for example you blended in those fuselage plugs with the control cable entry holes really well.
Nive to see the Boelcke and Immelman figures as well, they both look really good.

Really wonderful model!

Amazing Fokker E.1 and skillful figure painting. :)

You've done it again Gary, truly a great model. And, as always, I admire your weathering skills.

A wonderful model inside and out! Your metal, wood, and fabric rendering are absolutely first class, Gary. Very well done, indeed.

I second all the said comments. Lovely to see such well finished model.

What can I add? That is first class in every department, but especially the turned aluminium cowling and oil staining.
Congratulations on another superb model.
Stephen.

Thanks Lance - I remember running into Edmonton to pick up this kit at Great Hobbies last year just before that IPMS contest...worried that the "modelling crowd" coming into the city may have just snapped it up before I could get to it. But then you told me you already had it ;)
Cheers,
Gary
