Inspired by Prezmol's Spetsai I had to take A stab and try to cobble one together.
Painted with Mr Hobby and Tamiya acrylics rigged with 2lb. fishing line.
Here is what WNW'S has to say about the plane.
Westland builtD7211 was from an order for 100 DH.9placed in January 1918. It was initially delivered to the RAF in Mudros Greece in
May 1918 but does not appear to have been assigned to A Squadron. By early 1919 it had been transferred to the Greek government,
HNAS (Hellenic Naval Air Service) and may have seen some service in the Asia Minor Campaign.
DH.9 D7211 Spetsai was reportedly the lead aircraft in A victory celebration flyover of Constantinople and displayed the colours of the Greek flag on it's undersides.

Wow. Not bad at all ;) And with blue rays, so different then mine (was it really an inspiration, I am flattered!)

Another beauty
Love the underside scheme. I'll bet that made them wave when it came overhead
