I placed an order on Uschi webshop on 19 July and paid in advance by credit card. I received an automatic confirmation and that's all. Since then I have sent him two emails and a message on his Facebook page. So far I have not received a reply. I called him three times and each time he disconnected the call.
It seems many people have been having this problem. Unfortunately, I checked his credibility, or more precisely his discreditability too late. There are many people on the britmodeller forum complaining of the same:

Personally, I would not recommend anyone to order from him, as it is very likely to end up the same way. You can of course claim a refund from the bank that issued your credit card or PayPal.

Yup, I ordered 3 lots of lines in May and have been stung for ?40, stay well away from that site as you will never see your money again !!!

This is sad.
Alex, if you read this, you need to respond to the customers who have placed their trust in you to deliver the goods.
Failing that, refund their money and apologise for wasting their time.
This is not how things are done in this close knit community.
Do better.
