I have the early Roland C.II kit. Following my usual bad habit, I had test fitted several interior parts, but not yet done any more with the kit. Looking at it recently, I have lost the rudder bar (part B 2)
For those who have the later C.IIa kit, the instructions show that it uses a different bar (part I 15). The B parts tree is also in the kit. Part B2 is not marked as "not used" on page 2 of the PDF (upper right corner), but it clearly is surplus to that kit.
I would appreciate it very much if someone who has, or better yet, has built the C.IIa kit could spare Part B2. I am in the US, so shipping could be prohibitive, but would gladly pay a reasonable price to replace this part.
Thanks

Hello Pete,
I have the part you need for the Roland C.II “Early”.
I can't send the small part in a normal envelope, the short part that attaches the rudder bar to the cockpit floor would break off.
I could put it in a bubble envelope and send it to you.
Unfortunately, shipping goods to the USA is disproportionately expensive at a minimum of 11.99 euros (I live in Germany).
The bubble envelope falls into the category of “merchandise shipment”.
My suggestion:
If no one from the USA gets in touch who could help you, then get in touch with me via PM.
Greetings from Bavaria
