Post by: AOE4 on May 08, 2024, 05:55:21 AM
I cant do it! not able to post pics yet, spent hours trying to figure this out. do I absolutely have to pay for image hosting? if so...that sucks. I cant use the google photos app? looks like Flickr is the best paid service?

Hi AOE4,
You can add photos directly from your device via the built in attachments option. Photos have to be small enough, though: Single photos up to 128KB, or up to 5 photos per post total size 192KB. To downsize your photos you can use an online photo editting tool. I'm using this one, it's free and easy to use:

I use Imgur, it's free and you are not restricted to the small file size if you post directly to the site.

It's too bad we're on opposite coasts, I could walk you through the process in about 15 minutes. If you want, shoot me a PM and I'll bet we can get you squared away with a perfectly usable free account AND get you posting pics.
