Title: Pegasus Collection-Central Powers
Post by: djuggie on May 07, 2024, 08:45:23 AM
May 6, 2024

Here is part two of my Pegasus collection.  Pegasus molded 20 models of the Central Powers and 24 of the Allied for a total of 44.  I have six models to go the have built all of his WW1 kits.  I did not build any of his !/48th kits but I do have on the shelf his Sparrowhawk, which may or not get built.  Two of the models have only one photo and that is a glitch I will correct down the road.

Gorgeous, Dennis! That's an amazing collection, not only of German/A-H aeroplanes, but of modeling history as well.

What a great collection Dennis!
Can you please name your 6 unbuilt kits?  :)
There are 43 kits on my list of Pegasus kits. I have 24 Allied kits but only 19 Central Powers ones...

I checked and double checked and I do have 20 Central Powers kits.  My unbuilt ones are Roland DVId, Pfalz DXII, HB W29 and Albatros DI, II.
The Roland is next after a WNW Junkers D.I which is nearing completion.  The Roland is my oldest unbuilt Pegasus kit, before the white box.  It is the one in the plastic bag.

I thank everyone for their comments on the collection.  It represents about 38 years of building.  I wanted a large collection.  Be careful what you wish for.  The collection is now over 250 models.  I figure I can build about another 10 before I max out my shelf space.  After that, no idea.
