Hi all,
The Halberstadt D.II (built by Hannover), Serial No:810/16 Vzfw. Erich Schutlz, the Royal Jagdstaffel 25, operating from Kanatrlarci, Macedonia in early 1917.
As usual a detailed build log in PDF format can be viewed or downloaded from the 'Logs' page on my web site.

Lovely job on a tough kit Mike, well done! As always the figures and base set it off really nicely.
-
That turned out beautifully, Mike. I really love the detail, weathering and excellent way you've finished off the overall display with your figures.
Cheers,

Great model. I think it is the first completed Lukgraph Halberstadt scout. And it will be hard to better the quality. Congratulations!

Beautiful, Mike, as usual it was not only fun, but highly educational to follow along with the build log. This kit really helps fill the void between the Eindeckers and the later German fighters that are available in 1:32.

I agree with Dutch. The build blog was most informative and the end result is a terrific example of an important but largely overlooked type. Bravo!

As always Mike you have made a challenging and less than perfect kit look Awesome! Well Done !

Beautiful work Mike. Really like the paintwork. You have convinced me to try this scheme on a 1/72 Pegasus kit.

Another stunning model! Well done Mike :)

Well done Mike, I wish I had the display room for 1/32 scale, 1/48 is it for me.
-
As always well done and well posed !
Anyone have the 1/48 version -do same glitches appear in it ?
