I inherited a lot of WW1 kits from my dad and am getting more realistic about what I will ever build. The following are for sale. All are unstarted. Except as noted, all are in excellent shape. Kit numbers in parentheses.
Wingnut Wings
DH9a Ninak $120
Sopwith F1 Camel Br.1 with HGW Wet Transfer Stencils (232020) $120
Eduard 1/48
SE.5a Wolsely Viper ProfiPACK (82131) $25
Hanriot HD.1 in Italian Service (1102) (some wear on box) $12
1/48 Dawn Patrol SPAD XIII and Fokker D.VII (111024) $50
Roden 1/32
Nieuport 27 (630) $25
Dragon 1/48
Fokker D.VIII (5907) $25
Encore 1/32
RAF SE 5a McCudden (32002) (some water damage to lower box) $40
Albatros D.II Boelke (32001) (tape on box, plastic parts out of bag, but looks like all present. According to part list, originally had resin figure and white metal struts, which are missing. Other resin parts and plastic struts are present) $20

Thanks to everyone who purchased, and to Juan for the kind words.
I’ve listed the remaining kits on ebay:

When my dad passed away, he had several hundred other models, about half plastic and half stick and paper. The ones that I did not take are getting auctioned. A few collectible ones are part of an on-line auction. The rest are getting auctioned in bulk as part of an in person auction:

There are a fair number of WW1 airplane kits spread over the lots (107, 108, 109, 112). If anyone lives in or near New Hampshire, it might be a good opportunity. I’m sure he would have been crushed to see it go this way, but it is a pretty real lesson in what our families will be dealing with when they need to dispense with our treasures, and why I’m beginning to pare down the ones I’ve accumulated.
Thanks!
Dave
