Here's my latest completion, a FW190 A-8 converted to an F-8 and wearing Italian colors. Originally an Accurate Miniatures kit, but the plastic is from Eduard. This is the one with an engine and gun bay details. This is a horrible kit to build with closed panels. The newer Eduard offering would be better. I used a couple of decals from an Authentic Decals sheet and the balance from the kit sheet.
This will go into a diorama base with the Opel Blitz truck.

Hear hear, and refreshing to see a desert-schemed Wurger!

Nice! That first round of Fw's looked nice in the box but were bears to build

That is a super model - would never have guessed that it has caused you problems. Good to see an Italian variant too.

Thanks for the kind comments, Gents. Much appreicated.

It might have been a horrible kit to build but itcertainly isn't a horrible finished model. It looks beautiful, I've never seen a 190 in desert scheme before. I'm looking forward to seeing the diorama now.
