I think with some practice and tweaking I can turn this into a viable alternative for our Fokker needs.

That turned out amazing. The colors and streaking look great.

Gorgeous work Allan, what a stunner!

Absolutely Beautiful Triplane! I have stated that I love your masked method for the streaks. When everything is painted and put together it blends together perfectly! You guys are killing Me...I want to do another Triplane ::)

Exceptionally nice Triplane Allan, your build is superb.

The six day wonder!!! Amazing results. I thought the pe struts were too thin too but looking at yours they're perfectly in scale.

Really nice work Allan. I may have to copy your technique in 1/72. I never would guess the struts are photo etch.
Nicely done!

Lovely work, Alan. Beautiful capture of the streaking, the Red, and weathering.

Good Fokker streaking painting too

Allan,
That is absolutely AMAZING! That is my all-time favorite color scheme too =).

Agree with all the above, Nicely Done !

That is superb and I thought at first it was of a much larger scale. The streaking and weathering a just sublime!

Thanks everyone, always good playing to an appreciative audience.
I have two Eduards and a Dragon in this scale to perfect the streaking, sadly, I pinged off one of the dragon struts so that will be a V4 in CDL.
Tim, I have two 1.72 scale tripes, I will post adaption of this technique in that scale, please post any progress you, or anyone else make as well.
