Post by: Tony Haycock on January 10, 2013, 02:04:34 PM: I am almost embarrassed to show my feeble, OOB efforts when compared to the experts on the forum, but as a mere tinkerer in the world of modelling I am quite proud of my efforts on the Eindekker, you have taught me woodgraining and rigging and I almost kept the cockpit frame of this one as a seperate piece just so I could look at my first decent efforts at both.

I decided that I wasn't going to risk trying to oil stain the fueslage, I could see that ending VERY badly!

The cowling. Up close it looks like I needed to use a finer brush, but from the usual safe distace it isn't too bad.

Cowling on as well. Sorry for the out of focus photo. I will try to do better next time!
