Various ongoing projects are fighting for space on the crowded model bench at the moment.
First up is the 1/35 ICM Model T Ford WW1 Australian patrol car with overheating motor and frustrated driver. The driver is a mish mash of parts from various MasterBox kits.

Weathering is about to begin to dirty things up some.
Crowding the bench now is also the 1/32 Roden Albatros D.1.

Still some way to go on this. I'm not happy with the rigging ( rolled fuse wire) as it is sagging which has never happened before so I'm experimenting with various glues and new swear words.
Both models are brush painted as always.

If the new swear words help, please share them with us. Maybe we can put them to good use too.
;D ;D ;D

Expanding ones words base is always educational ;)
Love the Model T Dave ;) What type of cotton did you use for the over heating effect ?

Love for the model T! Your DI looks great so is a shame you are having problems with your chosen rigging material.

I see the driver's pose and sympathise completely ;D Some worthy projects there, Dave!

Some lovely projects, there, Dave! The colours on the Albatross are just great! I'm sure you will get the rigging right eventually... Regards, Marc

Both builds look excellent Dave. Of course I love the Alabatros.

Very fine that vapour on the T engine.
And as for the rigging, why not trying the eyelet-tube-fishing line method? The best and easiest way, I reckon. Though I know that now it is too late for this Albie, but for future...

Excellent projects, Dave. You prove that brush painting can achieve lovely sharp clean finishes. Especially like the Ford's vapour!

At least the driver is getting to enjoy a good bowl of tobo. :)
Oh! I know all about new swear words, especially those I make up and it sounds like I'm speaking in tongues.
