Title: When posting work provide information about the figure in picture
Post by: James Reagan on January 31, 2022, 11:59:13 AM
I see a lot of beautiful work on this site   which frequently show a figure. I'd love to find out information, like the manufacturer of the figure so I can check into purchasing the figure.

Post a link to the figures that interest you. Someone will be able to give you more info on them.

A vague post about figures doesn't give us much to go on.

Dave,
I think he just means that when you post your work, if there's a figure, to state the source of the figure. It's no different than if you're using an aftermarket detail or decal set to state who made those, which most folks routinely do.

Odds on they are Kellerkind, Aviattic, elan 13, Tommy’s war or copper state.

Model Cellar is great   and I've discovered Black Dog figures.  I'd like to find a suitable figure to represent Ernest Udet alongside an early Fokker Eindecker  or D II Do you have any updated information about Roden's late SPAD 13 release date

They're difficult to find, but Hi-Tech did a nice series of 1/32 WWI figures - including an excellent Ernst Udet.
I'm keeping him to stand in front of my Roden SS D.III, WNW 'Du doch nicht!' and E.II - when they get built sometime this decade!
