I have completed the WNW DFW. Built OOB. At some point in the future I may go back and scratch Build the Flare rack and other box( Grenades?) seen on the original.

Excellent stuff. Congratulations! It’s a joy to look at. Must look fabulous in the cabinet too.
-
That is not only a nice model - I hope it was a mood recovery build for you too!
I was not aware, that WNW provided this type as kit (as I'm interested more in quarter scale). Really impressive, how many different types they have done! Thanks for showing.
Cheers,
Frank

Superb model Rick. Beautiful paintwork and beautiful rigging on a beautiful model of a beautiful biplane. That's a win then! 🏆

A beautiful model, Rick. Even though its OOB, it lacks for no detail. The 4th picture really shows the streamline design.
-
Congratulations on finishing this one Rick - good for restoring confidence I am sure. The finish is superb as ever - and as Ken has commented, it does not lack detail.

Nice model, Rick. I have this in the stash but didn't really fancy it all that much - was thinking of sticking it on ebay, but your excellent build has made me change my mind!

What a beautiful model again Rick!
I especially like the color scheme.
Looking forward to your next build, whatever it is.
(I hope it will be the DH.2 though.....)

for a relatively quick build it looks fantastic, a real mojo restorer

Very nicely done Rick, and I have to say you are a modelling machine! Great work and at the "speed of light". I actually laughed at your title, "In the case". It must be full or have you bought another?! I've been watching Ikea here as I'm out of display space and anything I want has been out of stock in the entire country for months!
Cheers,
Lance

Lance,
Thanks for the comment. I have two cases. The JG1 case has 21 1/32nd fighters with room for 1 more( If it were a DR1) ;D The other now Holds 17, Mostly allied but does have an Albatros D1 and the DFW. Room for 2 more as it also has the Salmson so the two seaters take more space. After that it may be Ikea time Here also 8)
