Here is my latest paper card model all finished and ready for inspection. Can't say enough about the ingenious design of the kit, the fit of the parts, the textures on the art work...it's truly a superior model. I only wish the designer would make more aircraft! An Avro 504K or a Start Strutter or a Halberstadt D-II...you get the picture. Such a fun model to put together.
I built it per the download except for adding some thin wire in the struts for a bit of extra heft and I also filled and repainted the spinner. When I finished it, it just looked horrible compared the the rest of the kit so I needed to fix that!
Just fun and lovely. Thanks for looking. Maybe a SSW D-III will be next. Not quite sure...

I can't believe you build this from paper, very impressive again!
To check the paper models is also a way to clarification in case of questions with my builds, which I should do more often.
Cheers,
Frank

I would never have guessed at first glance this was a paper model - impressive!

Dan you really are the master of paper model making. I have had to look really hard to find evidence that it is not paper but other materials, and have failed! Superb artistry.

Excellent work,
a well deserved tribute to Louis Igualada's card models, which in my opinion are the best around.
They are like the WNW kits in paper.

This is so clever, a beautiful, incredibly realistic model from paper. Just amazing!!!!

Thank you, everybody! It really helps to start with a quality product. Louis' design is really clever and the fit is next to none.
My eventual SSW is a bit more of a challenge since, while being a nice designer and kit, it's not quite at the finesse level of the Albatros or SPAD...I hope to not disappoint next time!
Thanks again for the support especially using this odd ball medium for our machines.
