Thank you Guy, but I'm sure there are better ones out there... But again, I'm really happy with the overall impression of the finished model and viewed at a short distance it looks really good.

I keep returning to this thread and the more I study the photos the more impressed I am with the quality of both the detail and the finish. Just a magnificent job, and like Gary I can't believe it's in 1:48 Scale. Beautifully done!

The attention to detail on the guns and the scarf ring are exceptionally noteworthy, and has been mentioned the finish. If you wouldn't have listed it as an Eduard Bristol I would have thought it a Wingnut kit. A real joy to scope out.

If anyone should take anything from this build it should be that you can't really judge a build until it is complete and then realise that lots of mistakes along the way won't be visible or obvious once finished.

Let's see if I can do something fun with my Fokker.
