Title: Can anybody identify this aircraft?

Found this picture in a Hobby Lobby. We've had it hung in our son's room but I was curious if anybody knew what it was. Obviously a float plane, inline engine, but that's all I've got.

Yes, I bet Fairey IIID - One is preserved in the Maritime Museum in Lisbon
