I think these are the Merit kits, I could be wrong

I assume they aren’t the rumoured Wingnut kits ;D

That's what I have learned elsewhere too. I've no idea of the origin or how good the kits are, they do look to be very reasonably priced.
Spelling leaves a bit to be desired though

Yes the SPUD might be interesting. I heard the pilots that flew them were very brave chips.

Mr. Potato Head?

Same boxart as the Merit - seems very likely the same plastic....

For fun I just did the calculations for the difference in size between a 1/32 DR.I and a 1/24 DR.I.
Not really that big. The 1/24 kit is about 2" longer, and a bit more than 2" greater wingspan.
7" x 8.8"
vs.
9.5" x 11.75"
Really, both are rather small kits. Subject matter like this (the DR.I is one of my favorites!) could be made in a much bigger scale IMO.
1/16 ???
I have the Hasegawa 1/16 Sopwith Camel "skeleton" kit and that is quite large!

They're the Merit 1/24 kits. Some builds and reviews on the web. Exemplary one here of the Se5a, but the kit is of one with a Hispano Suiza engine, and the two sets of markings are for a Viper. Either make a new radiator and prop, or scrounge some markings; only the national marking will work.

There is a pretty nice 1/16 Dr.I skeleton model by Artesania Latina. See here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZgGOelZoiw (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZgGOelZoiw)

Thanks, I know about that one, but that is a massive undertaking! Model Shipways also has a new 1/16 Dr. I kit out that is very similar to the Artesania Latina offering. And of course the older 1/16 kits are still available too.
As far as I know, the best of them is thought to be the Curtis Jenny.
I have given that Artesania Latina DR.I a lot of thought. Maybe some day!
