I would like to come up with a some simple means of thanking Richard and the staff and design group at WNW for providing us with the great kits over the last 11 years? I would love to be able to reach out to each and say thank you.

I second that. Thank you Richard, Dave and everyone else at Wingnut Wings.

Totally agree.
We were blessed with fine plastic over the course of the past decade and with it a fine team behind that plastic.
I can only wish for the guys and girls @WNW to go on to have fulfilling careers. God speed!
Good luck!!

I agree: their work was really outstanding, showing great love for modelling and passion for WWI aviation.
Many thank and best wishes for a bright future to them all.

hope they'll all check in when they land somewhere so all can keep up with their work. remarkable collection of talent, i hope they make it through the next few (potentially rough) months ok, but i am very confident they're destined for fantastic careers going forward.

A huge „Thank You“ from over the pond to a great team! You've made my „day“ for some years!
I hope „we'll meet again“ soon in the WW1-aircraft-modeling-world.

Thanks everyone, as a former staff member I appreciate your comments for all of us. I will point all the Former Staff at WNW to this thread, I am sure they will appreciate everyone's thoughts.

Dave,
Thanks. You guys re-wrote the book on developing kits. There were kits in the pipeline and, as I understand, in the plans that we would love to have had.
I wish nothing but the best for you and all of the other former employees. Please enjoy the sunshine now that you are at Level 1.
Cheers

So very well said, Captain. Huzzah and three cheers for the entire crew at WNW! They were always responsive to even the most mundane queries despite having their hands quite full of model design and development. Clearly loving what they did, to be sure. So fair winds and following seas to all. Keep at it and let us know where you land!

I would also like to thank Richard, particularly, Dave and all the other former staff of WNW for 10 years of major inspiration and a total game-change in WW1 aircraft modelling. And naturally Sir Peter, there is no doubt this was an expensive dream, but what a ride! Like most of us I have lots of future WNW projects, so the legacy will go on! I located two further kits I will only get in Feb 2021 here in distant South Africa, how's that for brand loyalty! All the best for all your future endeavors, we are unlikely to ever forget!
