Hallo dear friends! It has been a while since my last build but, as you can guess, I've not been sitting on my hands! ;)
This is really a far off topic build, but I really cn't wait to show it to you...
I have been inspired by a well known model ypu can find on the Net and also by our own Manni whose builds sits on top of my mind when I think of dioramas.
Well, time for some pictures... I hope you'll like it!

But what you see is just the surface... the bright side... but in the meanwhile... under the sea...

Wow, very nice result. I love your interpretation of Fichtenfoo's fantastic-fishshapes-submersible! Totaly cool how you managed to use the copper sheet for the shell. You also have used very nice different level of your dio, the water, the dock and the submarine. The opening for the engine is also great.
Very,very nice!!!
Bye,

Wow! Great diorama, Edo. There's layers and layers of details. The weathering on the fish sub is very realistic. The layout seems to have two sides, as you presented in your pictures, one showing the routine work of prepping the sub and the other of impending doom of the octopus attack! Great presentation.

Wow , now that is totally cool Edo !

Captain Nemo and 20000 Leagues Under the Sea immediately came to mind when I saw the tentacle. Oh how I wish that I had even a fraction of the artistic skills that people like you and Manni (and many, many others on this site), have.
This is a story in itself: I have spent a long time looking at the pictures and each time I see more....
Brilliant - an outstanding winner.
