Title: Fokker Dr.I Control Grip 1:1 Model
Post by: Mossie on November 22, 2019, 07:07:20 PM
A new CAD project, the control grip for a Fokker Dr.I in 1:1 scale. This is a possible series of models depecting the various control grips for Fokker aircraft during WW1.
I would like expressions of interest for this model, PM me if interested.
Costs have yet to be determined.

Consideration is also being given to 1:32 and 1:24 scale versions to replace the incorrect grips in these scale kits. Again if anyone is interested, PM me.

Gerry,
If I can track down plans of a T Class Submarine (HMS Tuna) I will be in touch. My Dad served on her in late 43 to demob. I have always wanted a model of his boat, but it seems model companies prefer the safe bet of pumping out U boats instead of good old blighty steel.  ::)

Cheers,
Bob

Hi everyone - I just wanted to take a minute and thank Gerry for sending his AMAZING Dr.1 control stick. It got to me in i the U.S. in 11 days from when I ordered it, great service!
Here are a few pics of it, if you are interested in getting one - and you should be!
It comes in a wonderful wooden box with a metal latch, crisp resin, plastic and metal pieces, instructions and historical data.
thanks Gerry,
Terry
