Title: Who's Triplane

Came across this image online and thought that this would make an interesting subject for a scratch build . Never seen this type before so I have no idea if this was a pro-type , but it's cool looking !

Do any of you guys know anything about this bird ?

I'm surprised they where still using it unitl 1918 ! The thing flew !!!
