Hello friends,
last weekend was in Berlin-Gatow again our large model building exhibition with competition. Of course, I took part again. There was also a special trophy for 100 years of civil aviation. I participated with a Junkers G24 (built in 1926).

And as you can see on the silver jet, won too. ;D
Likewise, my Wright Cyclon engine earned me first place in the "Best of Rest", and a first place for the "Me 262 Montage on Walpersberg" diorama.

It looks quite real, but it does not quite correspond to reality. Here is a picture of the assembly at the Reimahg, how it really looked like. This is the model I built for the Museum at Walpersberg.
