I have recently got a chance to try new veneer propellers for do-it-yourself. There is a guy who delivers the laser cut layers with proper 2D outline, which have to be glued together, soaked in CA glue, cut and sanded to form the 3D shape and finally given a clear orange varnish. It is not too difficult to do on your own and the price of the product IMHO is very attractive. You can see the result on my recently completed Albatros B.II and AEG G.IV, and soon two more will appear on the currently built Gotha G.i.
If you are able to draw the vector version of other propeller shapes they could be custom ordered, too.
At the moment Axial and Niendorf for single seaters are available

What a clever idea. And when I am not wrong, they ask for 15 zloty, which is less than 3,50€. I‘ll definitely order some.

Thank you everyone for your interest in these products.
Now there are more available:
https://swiatmodeli.eu/pl/p/Smiglo-RATHJEN-KoTeBi-KTB034/5337
https://swiatmodeli.eu/pl/p/Smiglo-RESCHKE-KoTeBi-KTB037/5336
However, please be careful for a moment. Unfortunately the descriptions to which a/c the propellers are suited are not fully correct at the moment. I will try to help him asap (he is not an expert in WW1 aviation) with sorting out, which prop fits to which a/c.

The description of the available propellers is now modified, the prop dimension is given in mms - this should simplify the decision to order.

Will he be making prop kits for British and French planes?
Are prop decals included? Prop hubs?

As far as I understand the extension of offer depends on the interest of potential clients. The point is that he is doing the laser cutting, has no time to draw the props. If one provides him with the vector file of the prop profile, he will cut it. What is currently available is the result of mine and one more friend's orders for which we made the drawings. If you contact the owner and send him the profile he will cut it.
The decals and prop bosses are not included, just the veneer cutting. You may wish to see my recent post in the Gotha G. 1 thread where I showed the Reschke prop elements for the model.
