LOL ( That means laugh out loud )
Signifying humour...
Prolly one of the best places to work.
Fooling the CRAP outta everybody!

Wow...don't believe it....maybe the very LAST machine I would have expected from those guys...the beat goes on with their ability to astound....suppose we'll need to form a support group for Bob Booth...he's likely to be very, very depressed ( more LOL-ing).

Agreed about the fun of fooling the crap out of us although way back when WNW gave an Obereusel option in their Lherone Engine I felt that they would do a German aircraft like the DR1 or EV/DVIII! More photos have shown up of the Mock ups again from the same source:

Excellent!!! WIth this announcement and the O/100 following I am not worried about my finances and I can quietly focus on lowering my stash of unbuilt models. Not my game at all! 😁

Woooooohoooooo! :) :) :) pinch me I’m dreaming.
So we might yet see a SPAD ;)
-
Well, the WNW treated me nicely. ;D I will have several Fokker. ;D

Love the choice or hate it, the prospect of minimal rigging, along with the availability of Aviattic Streaked Camouflage decals, is likely to make this a seller. . .

It’s not a joke, I touched it, right after I walked by it thinking it was a Roden model.

Here's a high definition of the jpg above that shows the box art and color schemes:

yeah you've been yearning for this one forever, every speculation you asked please... wish granted. congrats to all the Dreidecker dreamers, photos look authentic.
i'm lukewarm on it since there's the Roden one (i won't be selling off my Roden boxing). i was hoping for something that hadn't been kitted by anyone but i seeing as the Gotha G.I exists (now), i'll shut up about that.
but i'll build more Triplanes than expected (and buy at least 3 of this boxing, maybe as many as 8 more). i was already headed that way, whoever came in second place on ebay for the Cutting Edge Red Baron's Tripes decal sheet (CED32066) has gotta be crying himself to sleep right about now. the Rittmeister will have his choice of rides...

well that's pretty convincing then. it's on!
-
Cool news for those who wanted one and waited patiently. I'll probably sit this one out and build from the stash, but the sales will finance other quirkier kits that I'm happy to wait for. 8)

this is great news I have both roden examples but I will try my best to get a couple of these, and we still have the xmas surprise release to look forward to.happy times.

Whoa, now that is cool !! ...WNW doing a Dr.I
And Model Cellar has the ultimate 1/32 Voss figure to compliment it. Sculpted by Mike Good, the pose, the anatomy, the proportions AND the likeness is spot on:
https://modelcellar.com/shop/time-period/wwi/werner-voss-3/
We issued Voss in 2007 - that was LONG before WNW was even around. Our Voss figure was actually designed to go with the "BRAND NEW" (at the time) Roden kit. Roden was emerging on the 1/32 WWI scene and at Mike's urging, we set off doing 1/32 WWI pilots. Of course when they issued the kit with Manfred's markings, we soon followed with Manny & Moritz:
https://modelcellar.com/shop/time-period/wwi/manfred-von-richthofen-with-moritz/
And, if they issue Lothar's markings, we have a Lothar figure too =). In the years gone by we have made quite a few WWI 1/32 personalities: von Schleich, Bishop, Immelman, Boelcke, Lufbery, Baracca, etc all sculpted by Mike Good with spot on likenesses.

Now here we are TWELVE years later and we've come full circle.
regards,
Paul

Isn't the Fokker Dr.1 and F . 1 being released late next year in 2020 ?

I wasn't much interested in the Dr.1 until I saw this. The detail is excellent. I'm just a sucker for good plastic.
Too bad we will have to wait until next year.

Hello Terri, I only saw the word "late" in reference to the two versions of the kit. When WNW says "2020" I'm hoping they mean January 2nd. ;)
