Title: Any kits of the Linke Hofmann R1 ???
Post by: Mu17 on August 04, 2019, 03:56:34 AM
Hi,
   my first post here.
I generally waste my time building large rc gliders but I also have a respectable stash of WW1 fighters which I really must get around to building.
However I am sadly obsessed with the Linke Hofmann R1 - has anyone ever produced a kit, a resin, a card model …..in any scale ?????

Thanks
Paul

No models as far as I know
I have been keeping an eye on the market for this subject, as i started to build one  from scratch  late in the last century

Thanks for the reply - its good to know that I am not the only one !

Incidentally - it was mentioned to me that someone was producing a model of the Poll Giant triplane but I have no idea who or in what scale.

There is a model of  the triplane printed in 3D
Ifi I remember well, it is 1/288 scale and it has some limits due to the 3D printing technology.
